About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Sales and Business Development Supervisor to lead our HORECA accounts in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored proposals, and driving revenue growth in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with HORECA accounts, understanding their needs and providing top‑level service.
- Prepare customized business proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Report regularly on prospective customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date client database and CRM records.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes, and commercial terms.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate long‑term value through market insights, creative ideas, and strategic thinking.
- Use modern tools such as CRM systems to keep the sales pipeline visible and organized.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures in a multicultural setting.
- Strong initiative, organizational talent, and independent problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
