Sales Co-ordinator - Cross-Trades

About the role

A full-time Sales Co-ordinator position in Sharjah / Jabel Ali within a trading company engaged in cross-trades. The candidate must be based in the UAE. The role supports the sales function and works closely with senior management, sales managers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales support to senior management, sales managers and distributors, including enquiries, pricing requests, order management and customer communications.
• Support sales growth initiatives as a key member of the internal sales team.
• Coordinate sales events, meetings, training sessions, factory visits and trade shows.
• Support sales, marketing, PR and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver onsite and remote support to customers and sales teams.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Maintain customer, distributor, prospect and competitor databases.

Required profile

• Candidates must have experience in trading companies engaged in cross-trades only.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
