Sales Executive - Robotics Solutions

About the role

A Sales Executive is sought to join the Sharjah team in the UAE, focusing on robotics and web-based solutions. You will own your opportunities from first contact through negotiation to closing, build lasting customer relationships and exceed annual sales targets within your territory and/or accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and sell solutions such as robotics, web-based solutions and POS.
• Generate leads and target customers with robotics solutions.
• Build and maintain an active account list of target accounts, prospects and active customers.
• Research new opportunities based on the competitive landscape.
• Create quotes, opportunities and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
• Present the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Assist with industry events such as trade shows and exhibits.
• Work with the marketing team on content and drip campaigns for new and repeat business.
• Attend weekly internal sales and operations meetings.

Required profile

• Graduate with a technical sales background in robotics, software solutions or similar.
• 5+ years of experience; at least 2 years in robotics preferred.
• UAE experience is a must, with a driving licence.
• Ability to explain robots and their functions to owners, CEOs and senior management.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• CRM usage for quotes, opportunities and forecasts.
