Sales & Commercial Acquisition Lead

About the role

Flatgigs is seeking a Sales & Commercial Acquisition Lead to drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate customers, and managing relationships throughout the leasing lifecycle. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing account management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth targets.
• Identify, qualify and build a robust pipeline of new B2B opportunities across target industries.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital channels and industry events.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective customers and key decision‑makers.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate device‑leasing solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and leasing offers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contractual agreements.
• Close profitable leasing contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact post‑signing, coordinating onboarding and delivery.
• Conduct regular follow‑up meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
