About the role
As a Sales Consultant for the Kitchen category, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and a high‑quality showroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure a premium showroom experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, building long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the CAD team to create product mock‑ups and stay current on design trends.
- Meet monthly KPIs and ensure all order processing follows company policies.
Required profile
- Sales background in kitchen appliances with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Customer‑focused, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and staying updated on design trends.
