Sales Consultant – Premium Bicycles & E‑Bikes

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join a leading cycling business in the UAE. The role focuses on selling premium bicycles, e‑bikes and children’s bikes, meeting individual sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets for high‑value bicycles and accessories.
• Engage customers, assess their cycling needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Deliver professional bike‑fitting services and consultative selling to convert browsers into buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM or POS systems.
• Represent the brand at community rides, events and races to enhance loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the cycling industry (retail, distribution or brand representation).
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a strong preference.
• Valid UAE driving licence or eligibility to convert one upon joining.
• UAE residency preferred, though exceptional overseas candidates may be considered.
• Active participation in the cycling community (club rides, races, group‑ride leadership).

• Experience with CRM systems and disciplined record‑keeping.
