Sales Consultant – Retail (Outbound Telesales)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our retail training division. In this role you will conduct outbound calls, introduce prospective clients to our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote the company’s training products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by matching courses to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, answering questions about schedules, benefits, and pricing.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience.
• Research client training needs to tailor sales approaches effectively.
• Provide feedback on market trends and suggest improvements to course offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Must be located in Abu Dhabi.
