About the role
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic sales team! This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, engaging potential clients, and maintaining accurate client records.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Explain company services, offers, and promotions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate client details and call records in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to sales consultants.
- Achieve daily calling, follow‑up, and lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
- Confident, persuasive, target‑oriented personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
