Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities in Dubai. The successful candidate will prepare proposals, manage prospect databases, coordinate with suppliers, and assist marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare professional sales proposals, presentations and client documentation.
• Create, maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records.
• Conduct market research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, product information and lead times.
• Assist the sales team with follow‑ups, scheduling meetings and tracking opportunities.
• Support tender submissions and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Coordinate marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media content and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or business development support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative sales team.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems (advantage).
