Sales Counselor - Immigration Services

About the role

Trenity Consultants is hiring a Sales Counselor in Abu Dhabi to act as an immigration consultant, guiding clients through their migration journey and promoting Permanent Residency and Work Permit services for popular destinations worldwide. The role is full-time and performance-based.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and manage incoming inquiries by phone, email and social media, giving accurate, up-to-date information on immigration and visa services.
• Use company-approved templates to tailor communication to each client's background, goals and eligibility.
• Explain immigration programs, policies and pathways clearly so clients can choose confidently.
• Build long-term relationships through consistent support, regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Convert prospects into paying clients, finalise agreements and achieve revenue targets.
• Handle sensitive documentation discreetly and meet deadlines and contractual commitments.
• Balance several client cases, calls and administrative tasks in a busy environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, consulting or client advisory roles with a strong closing record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex immigration processes simply.
• Customer-focused, able to perform well under pressure and to exceed targets.
• Reliable commute to or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi before starting work.
