Sales Development Representative – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a driven Arabic‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑paced, remote sales team. You will spend a large part of your day making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers daily.
• Engage prospects in both Arabic and English, identify decision‑makers, and qualify leads.
• Book qualified meetings and sales appointments for the wider sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the company’s CRM and meet sales KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Previous B2B sales, business development, cold‑calling or lead‑generation experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and persistence skills.
