Sales Development Representative – MEAPAC

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first point of contact for prospective customers in the MEAPAC region. Working closely with marketing and account executives, the SDR qualifies inbound leads and drives outbound prospecting to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage campaign‑generated prospects.
• Conduct high‑volume call and email outreach across target markets to generate qualified leads.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on market data.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute structured campaigns with clear calls‑to‑action.
• Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives and record all activities in Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate data, validate information, and ensure CRM hygiene.
• Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
