Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) - Modern Trade

About the role

GMG, a global well-being company that retails, distributes and manufactures brands across sport, everyday goods, health and beauty, properties and logistics, is hiring a Sales Executive for its Everyday Goods division in Dubai. The post manages modern trade accounts, drives sales growth and builds strong client relationships, reporting to the Sales Supervisor. It is central to GMG's expansion strategy in the consumer market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by managing a portfolio of modern trade accounts, nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Visit clients regularly, give product information, answer inquiries and help them place orders.
• Work with the marketing team to run promotions and develop tailored solutions for each client.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback and share them with the Sales Supervisor.
• Process orders accurately in the CRM system and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Resolve client issues and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Take part in regular training on products and market trends.
