Sales Executive - Construction Chemicals

About the role

CASTECH Middle East FZE is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen its presence in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role suits people with experience in the construction chemicals industry who enjoy business development and building long-term customer relationships. It is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors and key industry clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to find prospective customers and expand market presence.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure long-term business relationships.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of UAE sales experience in the construction chemicals industry (mandatory).
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction chemicals and related products.
• Business development, sales negotiations and client relationship management.
• Market research, quotation preparation and sales agreement processes.
