About the role

The Sales Executive – Groups & Events will drive new business for the hotel by handling group enquiries, creating proposals and contracts, and coordinating closely with clients and internal operational teams. This position requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new group and event business through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Manage incoming group inquiries, prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between clients, sales, events, revenue and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow‑up on leads to maximise conversion rates.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in hotel sales, events or groups coordination.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Customer‑focused, proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently.
  • Professional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with Opera or similar property management systems (advantage).
