Sales Executive - Inside Sales - Property (Hindi/Urdu Speakers)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for the property division, you will focus on telephonic sales, building large portfolios and consistently closing deals. You will work with Hindi/Urdu speaking prospects across the UAE and help them choose the right property packages.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult prospects on business challenges and propose suitable packages.
• Draft and send proposals via email while maintaining professional etiquette.
• Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Give feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and improve branding.

Required profile

• High school or secondary school education.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to handle objections, maintain high call volume and aggressive follow‑up.
• Result‑oriented with problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
