Sales Executive - Interior Fit-Out Chairs

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Sales Executive (Business Development Executive) in Dubai for an interior fit-out and joinery company that specialises in high-quality chairs for commercial and residential spaces. The role drives sales and expands market opportunities by identifying new clients, building strong relationships and closing deals in hospitality, corporate offices, real estate and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality, corporate, real estate and retail sectors.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and procurement managers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
• Present tailored solutions to potential clients and prepare and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and offer customised solutions.
• Work with the design and production teams so that sales match production capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing and competitor activity, and suggest new chair designs and material innovations.
• Support the marketing team in digital campaigns and brand promotions, and help the production team ensure timely delivery and quality.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, interior fit-out, joinery or the furniture industry.
• Strong network with architects, contractors, project managers and real estate developers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of materials, joinery techniques and furniture trends (preferred).
