About the role
Aabeyaantrix Building Contracting L.L.C., which specialises in interior fit-out, villa and apartment renovation, kitchens, wardrobes, joinery and turnkey interior solutions, is hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships and closing interior fit-out and renovation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients
- Build relationships with property owners, real estate agents and consultants
- Promote the company's interior fit-out and renovation services
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients and close projects
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation or real estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
- Ability to generate leads and close sales
- Proactive, target-driven attitude
