Sales Executive – IT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong IT background to drive business growth across the UAE market. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling a portfolio of IT solutions including software, hardware, networking, cloud and cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and client visits.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
• Present and demonstrate IT solutions, coordinating with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver customized proposals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to shape sales strategies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate pricing, contract terms and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and produce regular sales reports.
• Coordinate post‑sales support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT or technology solutions sales.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, software, networking, cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in the UAE market and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
