About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong IT background to drive business growth across the UAE market. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling a portfolio of IT solutions including software, hardware, networking, cloud and cybersecurity services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and client visits.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions, coordinating with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver customized proposals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to shape sales strategies.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate pricing, contract terms and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and produce regular sales reports.
- Coordinate post‑sales support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT or technology solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software, networking, cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in the UAE market and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office applications.
