About the role

The Sales Executive is a results‑driven professional responsible for generating revenue by selling Encore’s services. You will build and maintain relationships with venue partners and clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions that create value for both the client and the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and present proposals aligned with client objectives and Encore’s service portfolio.
  • Attend site visits, pre‑conference planning meetings, and venue meetings to support the customer event experience.
  • Collaborate with Senior or Cluster Sales Managers to meet sales targets and incorporate event cost structures into solution designs.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Keep the sales pipeline healthy to achieve revenue targets and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to understand client goals and respond to questions, concerns, and challenges.
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning SOPs, new services, and emerging event technologies.

Required skills

  • Experience using a CRM system to track sales activities.
