About the role

This in‑house retail sales position focuses on handling incoming customer inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings and sales. You will interact with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and face‑to‑face meetings, recommending appropriate window film solutions.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone and in‑person to understand their needs.
Explain and recommend suitable window film options, follow up on leads and close sales.
Maintain strong follow‑up discipline and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Required profile

Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Experience in the automotive industry, B2B sales, or UAE market is highly preferred.

Required skills

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
