Sales Executive

About the role

Rixos is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and manage key accounts for its luxury hospitality properties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain regular contact with clients, and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the property’s facilities and services.
• Develop tailored proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals in line with company policies and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries and leads.
• Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and revenue projections.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment on sales initiatives.
• Represent the property at local events, trade shows, and sales missions to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and target‑driven with a focus on results.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
