Sales Executive

About the role

Fitness Power House is seeking an energetic and result‑oriented B2B Sales Executive to grow its corporate sales segment across the UAE. You will identify new business opportunities, engage potential corporate clients and recommend tailored fitness and wellness solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new B2B clients throughout the UAE using calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct visits.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers such as procurement, facility, HR managers, gym owners, consultants and business owners.
• Arrange meetings, present products and solutions, and understand client requirements to recommend suitable fitness, wellness and recreational offerings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product presentations, then follow up consistently to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, delivery and installation while maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings and follow‑ups.
• Develop relationships with hotels, gyms, residential developers, offices, schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centres and government organisations.
• Identify partnership opportunities with interior designers, contractors, consultants and project‑management companies.
• Monitor competitor activities, achieve monthly sales and lead‑generation targets, and provide regular pipeline and performance reports to management.
