Sales Executive – Luxury Fragrance (Middle East)

About the role

Nichebox is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the growth of its luxury fragrance portfolio across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with distributors, retailers and internal teams to drive sales and expand market presence for brands such as Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor relationships throughout the Middle East.
• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Implement activation plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance plans and monitor results.
• Support assortment planning, stock management and order processes.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Education, Supply Chain and Retail teams.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and ensure execution.
• Track retailer and distributor performance, payments and commercial agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Background in beauty, luxury, retail or FMCG preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience working with distributors and retail partners.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets and functions.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
