Sales Executive (Outdoor) - Building Materials

About the role

Careers International is looking for a target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in trading building materials, tiles or paints. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and other Emirates
• Visit clients, consultants, contractors and project sites to promote products
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close deals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with sales support and inventory teams for order processing and deliveries
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and product pricing
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to management
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials, construction, paints or tiles in the UAE
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent knowledge of the local market and customer base
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Fluent English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
