Sales Executive - Personal Loans (Branches)

About the role

A bank is looking for a Sales Executive for its Abu Dhabi branch network to drive personal loan growth. The role combines technical sales expertise with relationship management, aiming to meet targets, improve customer satisfaction and support branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan sales targets across assigned branches
• Identify and engage prospective customers through in-branch activities and outreach
• Advise customers on personal loan products, features and terms
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Work with branch staff to streamline loan application and approval processes
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services sales, focused on personal loans
• Proven track record as a Relationship Officer or Sales Executive in a branch setting
• Strong knowledge of personal loan products, credit assessment and underwriting
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, experience with UAE banking regulations and compliance, sales certification, additional languages such as Hindi or Urdu, familiarity with digital banking channels and sales analytics tools
