Sales Executive – POS Solutions (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote our restaurant and retail point‑of‑sale (POS) system across the UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the restaurant and retail markets.
• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations of the POS solution.
• Analyse client needs and tailor solutions to address operational challenges.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team on strategies, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of successful sales experience, preferably selling software or technology solutions to the restaurant or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and retail operations and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Valid driving licence.
