Sales Executive - Real Estate (Female Only)

About the role

Vrindora is looking for motivated, target-driven and customer-focused female Sales Executives to join its Dubai real estate sales team. The selected candidates convert qualified leads into customer meetings, property presentations, site visits, bookings and completed transactions. Dedicated India-based teams handle lead generation and qualification, so UAE Sales Executives focus on customer engagement, property consultation, negotiations and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with qualified prospective buyers and investors, understand their requirements and present suitable properties and projects
• Arrange and conduct in-person or virtual meetings and coordinate property viewings and site visits
• Negotiate within approved company guidelines, support booking procedures and customer documentation, and maintain relationships after sale
• Work on leads from the India-based inside-sales team, update customer interactions and sales stages in the CRM, and keep an accurate pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales, booking and transaction targets, meet meeting and site-visit targets, track performance and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales updates

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
• Sales negotiation and objection-handling ability, and a strong closing mindset
• Preferred: experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales, with off-plan and secondary-market properties
• Preferred: familiarity with Dubai communities, developers and project offerings, and experience with buyers, investors and NRI customers

Required skills

• CRM use and sales pipeline management (preferred)
• Understanding of Dubai real estate sales and registration processes (preferred)
