Sales Executive – Real Estate Partnerships

About the role

The Sales Executive with a real‑estate background will generate business opportunities and drive revenue for The Ritz‑Carlton through strategic partnerships with developers, property managers, brokers and corporate clients. The role focuses on promoting hotel accommodations, long‑stay packages, corporate housing, events and luxury hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with real‑estate developers, brokerage firms, property management companies and corporate clients.
• Generate leads and secure business for room nights, long‑term stays, corporate accommodations, meetings, conferences and events.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, presentations and networking activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by hotel management.
• Negotiate and execute contracts in line with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the hotel’s CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering Sales and Marketing teams to maximise revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in real estate, luxury hospitality or related industries.
• Strong network within the UAE real‑estate market (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
