Sales Executive – Real Estate (Walk‑In Drive)

About the role

Vrindora is seeking motivated, target‑driven Sales Executives to join its Dubai real‑estate sales team. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into meetings, property presentations, site visits, bookings and completed transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with qualified prospective buyers and investors, understand their requirements and present suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct in‑person or virtual customer meetings and coordinate property viewings and site visits.
• Handle objections, negotiate within company guidelines and support booking procedures, documentation and transaction completion.
• Work on leads received from the India‑based inside‑sales team, maintain CRM records and keep an accurate sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking and transaction targets and submit regular performance updates.

Required skills

• Experience in Dubai/UAE real‑estate sales.
• Knowledge of off‑plan and/or secondary‑market properties.
• Familiarity with Dubai communities, developers and project offerings.
• Experience dealing with property buyers, investors and international/NRI customers.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Understanding of Dubai real‑estate sales and registration processes.
