Sales Executive – Used Cars

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking performance‑driven Sales Executives for its Automall used‑car division. This frontline position focuses on delivering a first‑class, face‑to‑face customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for used vehicles.
• Provide excellent service to current and prospective Automall customers.
• Follow company sales policies, procedures and standards at all times.
• Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries promptly to maximise opportunities.
• Handle cash transactions and support vehicle finance arrangements in line with procedures.
• Continuously improve selling techniques and customer‑handling skills.
• Promote and sell vehicle‑related insurance products and accessories.
• Maintain strong awareness of the automotive market, product range, trends and competitor activity.
• Analyse market conditions, identify customer needs and explore sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence to engage customers in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Previous sales experience in retail, fashion, hospitality or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated understanding of the sales process in any industry.
