Sales Manager - Dairy & Specialty Foods

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Sales Manager for dairy and specialty foods in Dubai. The role develops and executes sales strategies to grow the portfolio, manages and grows key accounts in the HORECA segment, and works with chefs, F&B buyers and procurement teams to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the dairy and specialty foods portfolio
• Manage and grow key accounts within the HORECA segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B buyers and procurement teams
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing and logistics
• Conduct regular client visits and product presentations
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience selling dairy, specialty or gourmet food items
• Existing relationships with key players in the HORECA segment
• Experience managing key accounts and B2B foodservice clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Willingness to travel within the UAE/GCC as needed; European nationality preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
