About the role
The Sales Manager will drive property sales for Aldar Academies, matching customer needs with our inventory and new launches. The role focuses on daily buyer interactions, lead generation and closing transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns and broker databases.
- Showcase properties, conduct site visits and prepare presentations for potential buyers.
- Issue sales offers, prepare contracts, payment plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a client database, update CRM and build relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients and brokers.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets aligned with the annual goal.
Required profile
- 4‑6+ years of residential real estate sales experience in the GCC/UAE.
- Proven track record of selling at least AED 100 million per year.
- Diploma in Business Administration or Management; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
