Sales Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our ICT solutions portfolio. The role focuses on building and enabling partner networks, securing new enterprise opportunities, and expanding our presence in high‑value vertical markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, recruit, and enable partners to sell the company's solutions effectively.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities within the public and enterprise sectors.
• Explore and target high‑value clients in specific vertical industries.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with named clients.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the ICT field.
• Presentable, confident, and able to engage senior managers and C‑level leaders.
• Strong knowledge of the sales cycle process.
• Preferably background in ISP/DSP/ICT/IT selling services, solutions, and hardware.
