Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities for the hotel, ensuring timely turnover to support service delivery. The role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships and achieving personal sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community outreach.
• Participate in sales calls with the team to acquire new business and close deals.
• Generate proposals, write contracts, and manage customer correspondence for booked business.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and close optimal opportunities based on location needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, support loyalty initiatives, and gather guest feedback on product quality.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 1 year sales/marketing experience.
