Sales Manager

About the role

Lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of international B2B events, driving sponsorship, exhibition, partnership and event‑related revenue across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve individual and collective revenue targets, conducting regular performance reviews and pipeline discussions.
• Identify, qualify and convert new sponsors, exhibitors and partners, building a consistent pipeline across local, regional and international markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned events, selling sponsorships, exhibition space, branding opportunities and bespoke commercial packages.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate high‑value sponsorships and multi‑event agreements, and drive upselling, cross‑selling and re‑booking.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and provide senior management with reliable performance insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of B2B event sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, conferences or sponsorships.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving individual and team revenue targets and leading sales professionals.
• Experience selling high‑value sponsorships, exhibition packages and tailored event solutions.

Required skills

• Salesforce or comparable CRM for opportunity management and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
