About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function, develop strategic plans, and expand our corporate client base. The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and partners.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the client database and track sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Sales Officer or Sales Manager.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, analytical, time‑management and results‑oriented abilities.
Required skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
