Sales Manager – Middle East (Mission-Critical Smart Devices)

About the role

Hytera is an ICT company delivering mission‑critical service (MCS) smart devices to government, public‑safety and industrial sectors. Based in Dubai, the Sales Manager will own the Middle East market, driving government and public‑safety projects, building a partner ecosystem and expanding revenue across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Middle East sales strategy, annual business plan and revenue targets based on market intelligence and tender tracking.
• Win projects with government agencies, public‑sector bodies and industrial customers by leading demos, tendering, negotiations and contract signing.
• Recruit, manage and grow distributors and local partners to maximise regional coverage.
• Oversee contract‑to‑cash processes from signature through payment, delivery, installation and acceptance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project sales experience in mission‑critical communications, PoC/PMR/LTE broadband, rugged devices or ICT security.
• Proven track record selling to government, public‑safety or energy verticals.
• Strong network with government entities, energy companies or distributors in the Middle East (a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; English as working language.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Based in Dubai and willing to travel frequently across the Middle East.
