About the role
BAMX Developments is hiring a Vice President of Sales in Dubai to lead its commercial growth, drive ambitious revenue targets and shape the future of its expanding development portfolio. The role sits within a development group and focuses on sales leadership, broker and investor partnerships and commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.
- Drive billion-dirham sales strategies and revenue growth.
- Build strong broker and investor partnerships.
- Shape commercial strategy, project launches and market expansion.
Required profile
- 12+ years in real estate sales, including 7+ in Dubai.
- 5+ years in senior leadership with a UAE property developer.
- Proven track record managing AED 1B+ annual sales targets.
- Experience managing 20+ professionals.
- Influential broker network and strong commercial expertise.
- Developer experience is essential.
