Offplan Expert

About the role

Palladium Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Offplan Expert to join its growing real estate team in TECOM, Dubai. The role supports clients with off-plan property investments, gives professional property advice and builds strong client relationships while meeting sales targets. It is a full-time position with an estimated monthly salary of AED 6,000 to 10,000 plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in purchasing and investing in off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain client relationships through tailored property advice.
• Present suitable off-plan developments, investment opportunities and developer payment plans.
• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, negotiation and deal closing.
• Manage client inquiries, sales leads and follow-ups using the company's CRM system.
• Stay informed about new launches, developer offerings and market trends.
• Guide clients through the off-plan purchasing process and deliver a professional customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong understanding of off-plan property sales, investment opportunities and developer payment plans.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, initiative and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to understand client investment goals and recommend suitable property opportunities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipelines and lead management.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and deal-closing abilities.
