About the role
The First Group is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Coordinator to support its Sales and Marketing administration functions. Based in Dubai, you will ensure smooth operations across multiple departments by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer, tour, and sales information.
- Process permits for stand removals, installations, airport passes, and ensure compliance with RERA and DED regulations.
- Liaise with stand contractors and monitor permit status.
- Oversee lead creation, assign leads, and manage the registration process.
- Provide inter‑departmental support to HR, Accounts and other teams.
- Manage stationery and supplies for various departments.
- Update daily reports, performance trackers and team metrics.
- Process agent agreements, contracts and related documentation.
- Monitor and record customer details, payments and status updates.
- Handle electronic and digital filing to keep records organized.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.
