Sales Promoter

About the role
The Sales Promoter will represent our brand on‑site in Dubai, engaging customers, promoting products and services, and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Promote sales and meet or exceed targets in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Build rapport with customers, handle inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.
- Capture leads and report activity using CRM systems, tablets or mobile applications.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to build rapport.
- Proven sales and promotion experience meeting targets.
- Professional appearance, reliability and ability to work front‑facing roles.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai with flexible scheduling.
- Previous experience in facilities services, cleaning, hospitality or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
Required skills
- Basic operating systems.
- CRM systems.
- Tablets and mobile applications for lead capture and reporting.
