About the role

We are a well‑established company specializing in premium coffee machines, coffee beans, and related accessories. We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell coffee machines, coffee beans, and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer requirements.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools and technologies to enhance sales activities and customer experience.
• Travel within the UAE and internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Valid UAE residence visa with legal authorization to work in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
