About the role

Wolfiz is seeking enthusiastic Sales Specialists to drive sales in its fast‑paced bicycle stores in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is passionate about cycling, knowledgeable about bicycles, and eager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

Engage customers with product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships, identifying needs and recommending suitable gear.
Stay current on bicycle features, advantages, and benefits.
Handle enquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, preferably in the bicycle industry.
Strong knowledge of bicycles and related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Active lifestyle and passion for cycling.
