Sales Specialist – Social Media Focus

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with potential clients via Telegram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels, introduce products/services, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships, follow up on feedback and product usage, and support renewals.
- Participate in TikTok, Instagram, and other social media activities, including short-form videos, Vlogs, and promotional content.
- Engage with online leads and convert social media traffic into sales opportunities.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to support client acquisition and business growth.
Required profile
- Native Arabic speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and familiar with TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Strong sales mindset, communication skills, and willingness to work toward targets.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
- Experience in social media, short-form video, Vlogs, or live streaming is a plus.
- Experience in finance, stocks, or investment is a plus, but not mandatory.
