Key responsibilities

Respond to and follow up with potential clients via Telegram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels, introduce products/services, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain client relationships, follow up on feedback and product usage, and support renewals.
Participate in TikTok, Instagram, and other social media activities, including short-form videos, Vlogs, and promotional content.
Engage with online leads and convert social media traffic into sales opportunities.
Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to support client acquisition and business growth.

Required profile

Native Arabic speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, proactive, and familiar with TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Strong sales mindset, communication skills, and willingness to work toward targets.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
Experience in social media, short-form video, Vlogs, or live streaming is a plus.
Experience in finance, stocks, or investment is a plus, but not mandatory.
