Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team, ensuring the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets. The role combines hands‑on coaching, pipeline oversight and close coordination with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
• Support lead generation, customer engagement, negotiations and deal closures.
• Allocate sales targets, track pipeline and conversion performance.
• Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies and customer‑service standards.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and support resolution.
• Track sales activities, prepare reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor activity and customer trends.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order and service delivery.
• Motivate the team and promote a high‑performance sales culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, pipeline management and conversion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑handling abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Experience in UAE/GCC sales is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
