Sales & Support Engineer

About the role

The Sales & Support Engineer will drive business development for robotics solutions while providing technical assistance to customers throughout the sales cycle. This position combines client outreach, solution design, and hands‑on robot deployment to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through outreach, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable robotics solutions, and deliver product demonstrations and proposals.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, manage payments, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Coordinate project execution with internal teams to meet scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, email, and walk‑ins regarding robot purchases, rentals, maintenance, and support.
• Manage complaints, allocate technical tickets, and ensure resolution through appropriate teams.
• Set up, configure, test, and deploy robots for rentals, sales, and events, including software, branding, navigation, and content.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, update, and perform basic repairs on robots remotely or on‑site.
• Maintain records of robot assets, rental equipment, and support activities, providing regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in sales, business development, or technical support.
• No specific formal qualifications required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to various locations as needed.
