Sales Team Lead – Foodservice

About the role

The Sales Team Lead will manage and develop a group of sales representatives focused on the Horeca channel. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering firms and other foodservice customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Set individual sales goals, monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
• Conduct field visits with representatives to coach and improve customer coverage.
• Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to grow existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and support major contract negotiations.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor actions and communicate internally.
• Oversee trade receivable collections to ensure compliance with credit policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in the foodservice sector.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop high‑performance cultures.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi or relocate there.
