About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive growth for a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The role involves shaping sales strategy, leading a team, and building lasting customer relationships within the OTC and consumer healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in realistic forecasting, resource planning and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in OTC/consumer healthcare within the UAE.
  • Native Hindi speaker.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to attend face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
